The Strategic Heart Enterprises exists to transform how women lead — integrating strategic brilliance with heart-centered wisdom — so they can build centennial businesses that regenerate people, communities, and the world for generations to come.

We replace combative debates with Nourishing Dialogues, fragmented achievement with integrated wholeness, and exhaustion-driven success with soul-led legacy.

My "Why"

It was 10 p.m. My sister and I were taking a vacation in the Philippines. We had been driving from Manila for 3 hours when we decided to stop at a fast food restaurant along the highway.

As we were walking toward the restaurant, a little girl holding flower garlands in her hands  — in her sundress and flip flops greeted us. Oh how I had wanted to take her with us to the restaurant and feed her!

I asked the security guard if we could do that. He advised me not to and he told me why. She was selling flower garlands to feed her family — her parents were addicted to drugs. She was only 9 years old. If I was ready to take the rest of them, to feed and shelter them — because they will
come and beg — I could give her food.

My heart wept.

What kind of world have we built for this to happen? How am I participating in this? And what can I do?

At that time, I was working at a Fortune 500 company. So you see the dissonance I felt there? The privilege that I had and the little girl's fate stirred my soul. The awakening was a reckoning.

"Why do you care so much about children?" a social worker once asked.

"I don't know. I have a heart and it's saying, 'I care.'" was all I could say.

It doesn't sound logical for my analytical mind but that's what my heart has been saying, 'I care.'"

It broke my heart to leave her there without giving her anything and yet, I have carried her in my heart through all these years.

Through that encounter, a mission arose in me: devote my resources time, money, energy, my life to feeding children and giving them shelter, AND taking care of the mothers and the village who take care of them, especially the ones in abusive homes.

Donating to causes that were already doing the work was a start. But it still did not feel enough. And so my quest continued. How can I make this possible? What can happen in the presence of Love and Understanding?

When I became a mother, the reckoning intensified as I was thrusted into the depths of patriarchal wounds. And I was determined to heal every single one of them.

Transform. (Thanks to thermodynamics that shows us energy can neither be destroyed nor created, only transformed. :) )

And give birth to a world that many of us know in our hearts and soul is possible.

And so here we are.

To systemically and systematically build a nourishing and safer world for mothers and children to flourish for years and decades to come, I have gathered my assets and resources (from living nearly half a century here on Earth) and organized them in The Strategic Heart Enterprises.

This is The World I'm Building and Contributing to the Wider World:

A world where:
  • Business is a sacred spiritual practice - Where daily work becomes a path from consciousness, not just a path to profit. All relationships are sacred.
  • Leadership is regenerative - Where leaders restore energy rather than deplete it, in themselves and others.
  • Conflict becomes convergence - Where opposing ideas transform into complementary wisdom through Nourishing Dialogues.
  • Success nourishes the soul - Where achievement and fulfillment are inseparable.
  • Legacy spans centuries - Where businesses are architected for 100+ years of peaceful, compassionate impact.

The Transformation The Strategic Heart Enterprises and I Are Here to Catalyze:

I guide visionary women from:
  • Fragmentation → Integration (hands, heart, head, consciousness unified)
  • Proving → Owning (from imposter to undeniable leader)
  • Extraction → Regeneration (businesses that restore, not deplete)
  • Combat → Convergence (Nourishing Dialogues replace debates)
  • Quarterly thinking → Centennial vision (legacy over lifestyle)
